A practical REST API for ticketing
Your ticket workflow, ready for code.
Connect internal tools, scripts and automations directly to Tickably through a conventional JSON REST API. Each credential belongs to one user, works across that user's active projects and keeps their existing permissions.
Everything needed for ticket workflows
List companies, create and manage projects for a selected client, archive or delete projects, invite new or existing people, manage project members, filter tickets, create and update work, and retrieve browser-ready project and ticket links. Responses are JSON and the public documentation includes a complete setup flow, curl examples and an OpenAPI 3.1 description.
User permissions stay in charge
API calls act as the credential owner. Admins keep admin controls, users keep normal project access, and clients remain within client permissions. Archived projects and one-time secrets are deliberately excluded.
Credentials you can revoke
Generate a key and secret from your profile. The secret appears once and only its hash is stored. Regenerate or disable the pair whenever access should stop.
