Status tiles are your filter now
Click a status tile at the top of the board to filter to it, click again to clear. We dropped the duplicate row of buttons underneath, less clutter, same power.
We tinker with Tickably all the time. Here's what we've shipped lately, with a quick note on why each one makes your day a little easier.
Want a feature? Request it.Click a status tile at the top of the board to filter to it, click again to clear. We dropped the duplicate row of buttons underneath, less clutter, same power.
Group your tickets into chunks like Sprint 1 or Launch week, each with its own start and end dates. Close a phase when it's done and we'll offer to scoot any still-open tickets into the next one. It's optional, flip it on per project in settings. All the planning, none of the story-point ceremony.
Give a ticket a due-by date. If it slips past and the ticket isn't finished, it floats to the top of the board with a clear red flag so it can't quietly hide at the bottom.
Click a column header on the board to sort by it: number, priority, due date, whatever you need. Click again to flip the order. We start you off with most-recently-updated.
Every member now gets a personal MCP link. Connect Claude (or any AI) and everything it does is posted as you, with your role and permissions. No more AI actions showing up under someone else's name.
We binned the clunky grey browser confirm boxes for proper Tickably dialogs with clear, named buttons. Closing a phase, for example, now asks exactly what you want done with the open tickets instead of a vague OK or Cancel.
Spin up a project and you are automatically its admin, ready to add people and file tickets straight away. No setup limbo.
