Calendar and Gantt views for dated tickets
See what is due, not just what exists.
Lists are great for scanning tickets. Kanban is great for seeing flow. Calendar view answers a different question: what is coming up, and when? Any ticket with a due date appears on the calendar. Add an optional start date and it spans every day through its due date.
Week, month or year
Switch the calendar between week, month and year views depending on how far ahead you need to look. Use the date range controls to narrow the window to a sprint, a launch week, a client milestone or a whole year of planned work.
ISO week numbers run Monday through Sunday. Project and My tickets calendars label each week, and year views show the week range for each month. Gantt has a separate week-number row above the days, including when weekends are compacted.
Same filters, clearer timing
Calendar view respects your current project filters: state, phase, category, member, search and archived tickets. That means you can look at just one phase, one member or one type of work without learning a separate calendar workflow.
Single dates or full ranges
A due date puts a ticket on one day. Add an optional start date to show it across the complete working range, while the due date remains the deadline.
Gantt view for date ranges
When tickets have both a start date and a due date, a Gantt tab appears beside Calendar. See all tickets ordered by start date, with their category shown beside the ticket details. Ticket labels and date headers stay fixed while scrolling. Your filters, date range and week, month or year controls apply here too, and your selected view is remembered.
Admins and users can drag a bar to move its full date range, or drag either edge to adjust the start or due date. Dates save when you release the bar. Clients and archived projects stay read-only.
Category labels and ticket colors stay consistent across Calendar, Gantt and timeline exports, making scheduled work easier to follow.
Enable Compact weekends to hide Saturday and Sunday from the Gantt timeline without changing ticket dates. Dragging and keyboard steps follow the visible weekdays; moving a ticket preserves its calendar duration.
Enable "Shift later tickets when I move one" to shift later-starting tickets together when dragging a date range. Each ticket keeps its duration. Current filters apply, including matching tickets outside the displayed period; resizing a range only changes that ticket.
Export a visual timeline
Export a PNG or Excel workbook with one row per ticket and a colored bar across its scheduled dates. Gantt exports include all matching dated ranges, from the earliest start to the latest due date, in the same start-date order as the chart with categories beside ticket details. Calendar exports use the selected date range and group tickets by category.
Subscribe with a calendar feed
My tickets has a personal calendar feed across your projects in the current company. Open Calendar feed in calendar view to create and copy the subscription URL, refresh it or disable it. The feed contains only dated, incomplete, non-archived tickets assigned to you in active projects you can access.
Project admins can create a secret iCalendar feed URL for the full project calendar. Add it to any calendar app that supports subscription URLs, and refresh the token whenever the old subscription link should stop working.

Frequently asked questions
Which date does the calendar use?
The ticket due date. When a ticket also has a start date, it appears on every day from its start through its due date. Tickets without a due date stay out of the calendar.
Do filters still apply?
Yes. The calendar uses the same filtered ticket set as the list and Kanban views.
Can I subscribe from my calendar app?
Yes. Project admins can create a secret iCalendar feed URL and paste it into calendar apps that support subscription URLs. Refreshing the feed creates a new URL and invalidates the old one.
