Features

Project navigation in one sidebar

More room for tickets. Less navigation to scan.

The project sidebar brings views, filters, time totals, project tools and notification preferences together. Switch between List, Kanban, Calendar and Gantt without searching through different toolbars. Project settings, shared files and secret shares open in dialogs without leaving the board.

Fold away what you do not need

Collapse the entire Filters panel or individual sections, or shrink the sidebar to an icon rail. Active filters remain visible as removable labels when the panel is folded. Tickably remembers your sidebar preferences. On smaller screens, open the project menu to reach the same controls.

Filters and project tools

Combine multiple statuses, members, phases, categories and sources. Selections within a group match any selected value; different groups narrow the results together. Status presets highlight their matching states and can be refined individually. Search tickets, see matching ticket counts, and switch to archived tickets. Notes, Connect AI, shared files, secrets, helpdesk and settings appear according to project features and your permissions.

Project links

Admins can add named links in project settings. Project members find them above Notes in the sidebar, with each link opening in a new tab. Keep project documentation, designs and other resources close to the work.

Saved project filters

Save the current filter selection with a name and reopen it from the project sidebar, below Views. Saved filters include states, members, categories, phases, source, search and archived tickets. They stay in this browser, separately for each user and project, and can be deleted from the sidebar.

Exports for each view

List and Kanban offer CSV and Excel exports. Calendar and Gantt also offer timeline images and calendar feeds. Excel uses ticket rows for List and Kanban, and a dated timeline for Calendar and Gantt.

Why Tickably

Tickably is free, friendly ticketing for teams and their clients.
