One-time secret sharing
Pass the secret. Leave no open link behind.
Sometimes a ticket needs a credential, recovery code or other sensitive text, but that value should not live forever in a reply or email. Secret shares keep that exchange attached to the right project without turning it into permanent public information.
A link that closes behind you
The recipient enters the password and sees a clear warning before revealing the value. The moment they press view, the public link is disabled. Reloading it or opening it in another browser will not reveal the secret again.
Scoped to the right people
Enable secret shares per project and choose whether admins, users, clients, or any combination of those roles may see and manage them. Projects that do not need the feature stay exactly as they are.
Encrypted and password protected
Secret values are encrypted before they reach the database. Passwords are stored as secure hashes and cannot be retrieved after saving. Public links can be disabled or replaced at any moment, and repeated password guesses are rate limited.
Why Tickably
Tickably is free, friendly ticketing for teams and their clients.
- Password-protected public links.
- Atomic one-time reveal that disables the URL immediately.
- Per-project access for admin, user and client roles.
- Secrets are deliberately excluded from every MCP tool and response.
Frequently asked questions
Can a one-time link be opened twice?
No. The first successful reveal disables it in the database, including when two browsers try at nearly the same time.
Can I create a new link after one was viewed?
Yes. Create a fresh public link from the secret share whenever you need to send it again.
