Secure ticketing with 2FA
A second lock on the door, if you want one.
Tickets often hold sensitive context: client details, internal notes, access requests. Protecting the account that can read them matters. Optional two-factor authentication adds a second step at sign-in, so a password alone is not enough to get in.
How it works
Turn on two-factor authentication in your profile, scan the QR code with any authenticator app, and confirm a six-digit code. From then on, signing in asks for your password and a fresh code from your app. Standard TOTP, works with the authenticator you already use.
Optional, but encouraged
Two-factor is opt-in, so it never gets in the way of people who do not want it. But for anyone handling sensitive client or internal work, it is a quick win, and the app gently reminds you it is available.
Security that fits a simple tool
